START After a day of exploration, and a good night sleep in the beautiful Fairmont Newfoundland, teams were greeted by host Nick Jelinek at the Cabot Tower atop Signal Hill. As they had been warned in the days leading up the Championships, teams were strip searched, and had all personal items confiscated, before gathering at the start line.
